Roman and his team were courteous, careful and very hard-working. My mother and I were making a double move to separate addresses and we booked the full packing service. This called for great planning and organisation from WHG and on the day of the move there were hardly any hitches. Everything was very securely packed and I can honestly say that not a thing got even slightly scratched. My only reservation about WHG is around their booking system. I thought I had a firm booking only to encounter problems at the last minute which meant having to make date changes and having to put up with one very inexperienced worker on the packing team. Apart from that I would recommend them as a first rate company.

We used WHG Removals for the storage of furniture over a period of nearly one year. Throughout our dealings with WHG Removals were straightforward. They were very easy to deal with and were flexible in dealing with last minute changes. The furniture was collected, packed and stored for this period and on collection we were delighted to find no damage at all. Their courteous and consideration towards us and the way that they dealt with us and our furniture reinforces our decision to use WHG Removals and we have no hesitation in recommending them. You will not be disappointed.

The movers were fast, strong and polite but didn't stop to ask what I wanted. There was a language problem and as a consequence items with "do not crush" were put at the bottom of a pile of boxes.
