I used WHG to help move my elderly mother into her new apartment. Have to say the WHG were very professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. That covers the whole team from the phone desk to the removal team. The key thing for me was the professionalism. They did what they said they were going to do at the right time, no fuss. Very pleased. I would use them again.

The team were amazing. The quote was considerably cheaper than other companies. The guys arrived punctually and loaded furniture and boxes carefully and efficiently. The mattresses were wrapped in plastic wrapping as were the sofas. They took especially good care of our Grandfather clock. At the delivery address, everything was put into the rooms marked on the boxes and beds put in the appropriate rooms. Nothing was too much trouble, they were all friendly and polite. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. We have already suggested our friends call them when they are ready to move. Excellent service, friendly, approachable and professional.

Roman was very good about holding the removal date despite our delays in exchange of contracts. The removal team were very professional in the packing and loading and offloading. The removal took place on the hottest day of the year so far, and the team worked extremely hard. Thank you all.

The guys were polite, prompt and careful with our possessions. They arrived on time and wrapped up everything that was awkward for us to do eg pictures, televisions, computer screens etc. Nothing was damaged. They were also friendly and good humoured despite the difficulties of the steep access to our house. I would happily recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!

I was really happy with our house move. The guys made it much less stressful than I thought it would be. Wrapped up and moved our furniture carefully. Helped to put some furniture back that had to be taken down further due to space etc. It is the second time I’ve used this company and would happily recommend them.
