I know it is a long time since the 4th Nov, moving day but I do mean that you gave a 5 star service. The way you worked on 3rd left me feeling quite confident about the next day. I was really sorry that I got lost on my way to the new place and missed the chance to say thank you to Matteusz and Damien in person. Well done to all the team, on the road or in the office.

After months of delays in completing our sale and purchase things happened very quickly, exchange and completion in four days. Roman and his team rose to the challenge and organised our move from Hampshire to Worcestershire with minimum fuss. Their care and protecting of our furniture was the most careful we have ever seen in our various moves around the country. Due to the stress of the sale and purchase process I hope we never move again but if we do then I’d use Roman and his team. At least that’s one part of the stress removed.

Our move took place just before the end of the stamp duty holiday, so these were tricky times for everyone involved. When we were finally able to confirm our move we were offered one vehicle 2 days before moving day with the items going into store to be delivered later. A second vehicle came on moving day. Everything went well and the guys were incredibly helpful at both ends. However during moving day we were told that the items in store would also be delivered later. This wasn't actually good news as we were completely exhausted by then. The second vehicle arrived very late and this made the whole day extremely long. Overall, I found the company easy to deal with and very professional. I think we were also very flexible!
